Bikini Body Challenge: 6th Week

Good morning ladies!

Did we or didn’t we get to the middle of the road? Week 6 of the Bikini Body Challenge is over, my body is beginning to get modeled, it’s getting more toned, and I’m so happy!!

I have to tell you about a few things, but where should I start? I would start by saying that this week of mine hasn’t been chaotic, it’s been even more than that!

But then I wonder: which isn’t?

Keeping myself in shape is like a full-time job to me, not because it’s complicated, but because it’s not always easy for a working mother to get some time for herself.

But slowly every piece of the puzzle of my days will be sorted out, and it will get easier and easier for me to organize myself.

Last time we were discussing objectives, right?

Besides my final objective, this week my mini-mission was to finally see the number 7 after number 5. I wasn’t asking much, but I really committed to it.

Last week we said bye with a great 58.1, a weight that I reached slowly, and not with a few sacrifices! I kept watching my weight as it oscillated of a few grams, but, as I was saying: The slower the fat loss, the lengthier it will be!

Don’t trust diet plans or programs that promise you a weight loss of several kilos in one month, I followed them for too long, they work, but it’s a conquer that comes with an expiration date! That’s why we have to learn not to hurry, to assess some objectives that make sense, and to stay motivated!

My motivation this week?

In ten days I will visit one of my best friends ever, in a place that’s a bit far from here. This means a mini-bathsuit test for me, and this made me try even harder while training with the Bikini Body Challenge!

Besides this, I’ll leave you with this week’s progress summary, soon it will be overdue that I post something where I’ll talk about my diet, not as a diet specialist, which is something that I’m obviously not, but as someone who really tried a lot of different weight loss plans.

That’s how it is in the end, training and a healthy diet are allies, and both of them have to be there in order to get the results you wish.

Bikini Body Challenge: 7th Week (Definitely to be repeated!)

Good morning girls!

Lets talk about this week and why i didn’t do my training!

WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?

Remember those time when you have the courage of affirming something out loud, maybe convinced, but you’re patented nerds and karma, all of a sudden, remembers you?

Well, that’s what happened!

Around ten days ago, I found myself talking with my friend Sara about her throat plaques problem. I tried to console her, even though I didn’t even know how much they hurt since I don’t even remember when I last had them.

That’s it, maybe you’d say, but no! Because this was something I should have said quietly, or maybe just thought about. Fact is that this week I finally found out how bad they hurt.

Why don’t I just shut up every once in a while???!!!

All of this is obviously just for the sake of sayin’ that this post effectively talks about my seventh week of Bikini Body Challenge, but also to say that I failed to carry it out, due to illness (because calling it BAD FREAKING LUCK sounded horrible!)

I only trained on Monday and Tuesday, but the weight stayed unchanged, and I’d say that this is a great thing! It means that my body is getting used to burn fat faster, and that my metabolism is slowly getting itself started!

So therefore, since I really believe in the Bikini Body Challenge, so much so that I’m personally exposing myself for it, and since I already feel much better today.

Let’s pospone this week number 7 until next Saturday, because I think it’s right to do it as it needs to be done!

I hope you don’t feel disappointed, but I really want to follow this guide as it needs to be followed!
