#Bikinibodychallenge: Week 2

An another week of bikini body challenge is done. And even this week, many satisfaction for me!

What about my progress?

The last saturday i was 130,73 lb, and after this week i’ve lost 1,32 lb!

You can think that isn’t enough, but if we really want to lose weight, it is very important to not going too fast, but lose it slowly. 

 

 

WHAT I’VE DONE THIS WEEK WITH MY BBG GUIDE:

 

MONDAY : Legs and cardio. I’ve start my week with 30 min of resistence

MARTEDI’:  LISS, 45 min.

MERCOLEDI’: Abs and arms, my abs are still crying!!

GIOVEDI’: Liss. 40 min of cyclette at home.

VENERDI’: Total body. It was hard, but i’ve finish.

SABATO: Liss. 30 min cyclette, still at home.

Every day: Many many water for me, it is very important!
