Bikini Body Challenge: 5th Week of Training

At the conclusion of my 5th Week of working out with the Bikini Body Challenge, I find myself drawing conclusions. First of all I decided to modify the post’s structure, and the useless day-to-day list of exercises I performed. I decided to not bore you anymore, and most importantly, to not be repetitive.

I’m following the BBG (bikini body guide) guide with great devotion, I’m really believing in this, and I’d like it to be the same for you!

I’d simply like to use this Saturdays space, yes for talking and listing out my progress, but also to tell you about my states of mind and about what I felt in said week.

I’m talking to us women, mostly girls, moms, wives, as we’re always busy no matter what! Some more, some less. The Bikini Body Challenge guide requires minimal effort; only 30 minutes a day are needed to workout, but sometimes it seems like we don’t even have 5 spare minutes!!!

As you know, I’m a mother, I have a full time job and 2 kids to take care of (not to mention the house and everything that comes with it). As you’ve seen there are days in which I find myself forced to skip the workout, only to recover the day after.

So, from now on, I’ll also tell you about what I’m doing with our Bikini Body Challenge training guide, but most importantly about how, in my week, I found out that the thing that matters the most is:

MOTIVATION!

In the end it’s all about this, if you want to achieve some results, if you believe in what you’re doing, you have to stay motivated. Else, you’ll start something and you’ll never finish it, it’s important to have some objectives.

WHAT’S MY OBJECTIVE WITH THE BBC GUIDE?

My initial objective was to lose 5.2 kg, and now I find myself, after 5 weeks, having lost 3.1!!! According to someone, my body was already fine like this, but we are the only ones knowing when we really feel comfortable with ourselves and when we don’t.

I’d like to tone as much as possible, my skin is no longer what it used to be, especially after two pregnancies. And after more than one month of training, the BBG (Bikini Body Guide) is allowing me to obtain my first results!

So stop to day-to-day lists, every Saturday it will just be me, my progresses and the highest or lowest difficulties that I had to face in this journey. Then photos, videos and explanations, because if I succeed into motivating even just one of you to get a body that can make her feel comfortable, it will already be a great victory for me.

 

INITIAL WEIGHT: 61,2 kg

WEIGHT AT 5th WEEK : 58,1 kg

Good morning ladies!

Did we or didn’t we get to the middle of the road? Week 6 of the Bikini Body Challenge is over, my body is beginning to get modeled, it’s getting more toned, and I’m so happy!!

I have to tell you about a few things, but where should I start? I would start by saying that this week of mine hasn’t been chaotic, it’s been even more than that!

But then I wonder: which isn’t?

Keeping myself in shape is like a full-time job to me, not because it’s complicated, but because it’s not always easy for a working mother to get some time for herself.

But slowly every piece of the puzzle of my days will be sorted out, and it will get easier and easier for me to organize myself.

Last time we were discussing objectives, right?

Besides my final objective, this week my mini-mission was to finally see the number 7 after number 5. I wasn’t asking much, but I really committed to it.

Last week we said bye with a great 58.1, a weight that I reached slowly, and not with a few sacrifices! I kept watching my weight as it oscillated of a few grams, but, as I was saying: The slower the fat loss, the lengthier it will be!

Don’t trust diet plans or programs that promise you a weight loss of several kilos in one month, I followed them for too long, they work, but it’s a conquer that comes with an expiration date! That’s why we have to learn not to hurry, to assess some objectives that make sense, and to stay motivated!

My motivation this week?

In ten days I will visit one of my best friends ever, in a place that’s a bit far from here. This means a mini-bathsuit test for me, and this made me try even harder while training with the Bikini Body Challenge!

Besides this, I’ll leave you with this week’s progress summary, soon it will be overdue that I post something where I’ll talk about my diet, not as a diet specialist, which is something that I’m obviously not, but as someone who really tried a lot of different weight loss plans.

That’s how it is in the end, training and a healthy diet are allies, and both of them have to be there in order to get the results you wish.

Bikini Body Challenge: 7th Week (Definitely to be repeated!)

Good morning girls!

Lets talk about this week and why i didn’t do my training!

WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?

Remember those time when you have the courage of affirming something out loud, maybe convinced, but you’re patented nerds and karma, all of a sudden, remembers you?

Well, that’s what happened!

Around ten days ago, I found myself talking with my friend Sara about her throat plaques problem. I tried to console her, even though I didn’t even know how much they hurt since I don’t even remember when I last had them.

That’s it, maybe you’d say, but no! Because this was something I should have said quietly, or maybe just thought about. Fact is that this week I finally found out how bad they hurt.

Why don’t I just shut up every once in a while???!!!

All of this is obviously just for the sake of sayin’ that this post effectively talks about my seventh week of Bikini Body Challenge, but also to say that I failed to carry it out, due to illness (because calling it BAD FREAKING LUCK sounded horrible!)

I only trained on Monday and Tuesday, but the weight stayed unchanged, and I’d say that this is a great thing! It means that my body is getting used to burn fat faster, and that my metabolism is slowly getting itself started!

So therefore, since I really believe in the Bikini Body Challenge, so much so that I’m personally exposing myself for it, and since I already feel much better today.

Let’s pospone this week number 7 until next Saturday, because I think it’s right to do it as it needs to be done!

I hope you don’t feel disappointed, but I really want to follow this guide as it needs to be followed!

Bikini Body Challenge: 8th Week

Ed and also the second month of Bikini Body Challenge is behind us, there have been highs and lows, as always, but I have been able to successfully finish these 4 weeks, too (with one week of rest due to illness).

Today I’ll be brief, after all I don’t have much to tell you, since, as with all things, facts speak louder than words. This means that, as I promised you, I will show you the before and after pictures for my Bikini Body Challenge training.

MY PROGRESS

Of course two months are not enough for building a perfect body, but I, due to not having too many kilos to lose and seriously feeling that I needed to tone myself and get a little “drier”, am extremely happy of the results I got!

The pictures aren’t exactly HQ, my face is even worse, the only thing that matters though is that they clearly depict what is happening to my body.

INITIAL MEASUREMENTS: WAIST 72 cm – HIPS 99 cm – THIGH 56 cm

CURRENT MEASUREMENTS: WAIST 69 cm – HIPS 96 cm – THIGH 51 cm

Summarizing: – 3.5 kg and – 11 cm all over the body.
