Bikini Body Challenge: 8th Week

Ed and also the second month of Bikini Body Challenge is behind us, there have been highs and lows, as always, but I have been able to successfully finish these 4 weeks, too (with one week of rest due to illness).

Today I’ll be brief, after all I don’t have much to tell you, since, as with all things, facts speak louder than words. This means that, as I promised you, I will show you the before and after pictures for my Bikini Body Challenge training.

MY PROGRESS

Of course two months are not enough for building a perfect body, but I, due to not having too many kilos to lose and seriously feeling that I needed to tone myself and get a little “drier”, am extremely happy of the results I got!

The pictures aren’t exactly HQ, my face is even worse, the only thing that matters though is that they clearly depict what is happening to my body.

INITIAL WEIGHT: 61.2 kg

WEIGHT AT WEEK 8 : 57.5 kg

INITIAL MEASUREMENTS: WAIST 72 cm – HIPS 99 cm – THIGH 56 cm

CURRENT MEASUREMENTS: WAIST 69 cm – HIPS 96 cm – THIGH 51 cm

Summarizing: – 3.5 kg and – 11 cm all over the body.
